Refunds & Shipping Policy
Refund Policy -
Orders are eligible for full refunds if the order has not yet been processed (packaged and shipped), and partial refunds if the order arrives with minor damages from shipping or otherwise (with photos of the products accompanied by the packaging, within a 72 hour timeframe from shipment being delivered).
If the product is severely damaged, it is eligible for a full refund, with the same photo proof oultine as stated above for minor damages.

I am not liable if an order does not reach you because of an incorrectly input address (provided by the customer).

Shipping Policy -
Orders can generally expect to be shipped within 2-3 days of order confirmation, this may change depending on order volume, in which case I may give notice via email.
Upon being shipped, domestic (USA) orders take anywhere from 3-5 days, in some cases up to a week. For international orders, it's expected to take a minimum of 5 days and can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.
